Complete 6 unbroken reps of the following complex:

  • Clean (any style)
  • FSQ (squat cleans are acceptable)
  • Shoulder to overhead from front rack (thruster jerk are acceptable)
  • Back squat
  • Shoulder to overhead from the back rack (any style)

The barbell cannot rest on the ground once the attempt starts.

Score heaviest weight used for the 6 rep set

Multiple attempts are allowed

The class will be scored by taking the average of the male and females of the class and adding them together.

Max hand-to-hand KBSN (35/26)

  • KB does not touch ground
  • Can rest with KB in hand but it can not touch floor

Every time KB is put down, must complete 20 jumping lunges (R/L = 2)
