Tabata style :20 work :10 rest

Set clock for 20 tabata intervals (10 min)

Accumulate 100 burpees to #45 plate

score the interval you completed your last burpee

e.g. If you completed burpee # 100 at interval 16. Score 16

12 KBS (Russian) HAP

3 pull ups + 2 CTB pullups + 1 bar muscle up (Do 3 CTB pull ups if unable to do bar muscle up)
