Event 2 is an 12:00 min workout where the athlete will attempt to complete as many reps as possible. The movements and descriptions are below.

Athlete (18-39)

2 Thrusters (115/75)

2 burpee-over-bars

Increase by two reps after each completed couplet until the time cap

Open Division (18-39) and (16-17) (40-49)

2 Thrusters (95/65) (scale – ground-to-overhead and/or reduce weight)

2 burpee-over-bars (scale – burpee –step-overs)

Increase by two reps after each completed couplet until the time cap

50-59

2 Thrusters (75/55) (scale – ground-to-overhead and/or reduce weight)

2 burpee-over-bars (scale – burpee –step-overs)

Increase by two reps after each completed couplet until the time cap

60+ and 14-15

2 ground-to-overhead (65/55) (scale –  reduce weight)

2 burpee-over-bars (step-overs)

Increase by two reps after each completed couplet until the time cap
