Dead Lift

2 X 5 @ 50% of 1 rm, 90 sec rest

 

6 X 1, 90 sec rest

  • Set bar on lowest setting on rig
  • Go up in weight each set
  • goal is to achieve HAP

 

WOD:

Every 3:00 m for 6 intervals complete the following

20 Jumping lunges (35 KB/25 Kb)

20 Push press with KB

10 burpees to plate
