  • Set bar 3-4 inches above where you sit at the bottom of your squat
  • Go up in weight each set
  • goal is to achieve HAP

 

WOD:

EMOM X 12 min

PCL

work to HAP

 

reduce weight to 70% of heaviest PCL

 

Then:

 

30 PCL for time

 

rest 5 min

Toes to Bar (scale: K2C)
