10 hand release push ups

 

WOD:

EMOM X 20 CL&J

 

Take first 5 min to establish 1 RM

Reduce weight to 80% of 1 RM for the remaining attempts. For every attempt missed you complete 10 burpees at the end of the 20 minutes.
