Set 1 is 92-94% of 2 rm

Set 2 is 95-97% of 2 rm

Set 3 is 100% of 2 rm

Set 4 is 101% of 2 rm

Set 5 is 102% of 2 rm

 

WOD:

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

135-lb/95. deadlifts, 10 reps

15 box jumps, 24-inch/20

185-lb./135 deadlifts, 15 reps

225-lb/155 deadlifts, 20 reps
