  • Do warm up sets of 3 reps at 50 and 60%
  • Start at 70% of 1 rm
  • Go up in small increments
  • Every two minutes

 

WOD:

3 min to complete

2 rounds of:

6 thrusters (95/65)

6 pull ups

3 min to complete

2 rounds of:

8 thrusters

8 pull ups

3 min to complete

2 rounds of:

10 thrusters

10 pullups

…keep increasing reps by two until unable to finish the two rounds in 3 min time frame

score: number of reps
