1 X 5 @ 50% of 1 rm

1 X 3 @ 60% of 1 rm

then two minutes rest doing:

1 X 3 @ 70% of 1 rm

1 X 3 @ 80% of 1 rm

Max reps @ 90% of 1 rm

Partner WOD:

15 min AMRAP

P1 completes 15 reps of BP (50% of 1 rm), P2 spots

switch

P1 completes 30 DU (90 singles), P2 performs situps

switch (If there is any stoppage in jump roping or situps, other partner must stop too)

P1 and P2 both complete 30 wallballs at the same time. One partner may finished before the other but BP can not start until both are finished.
