Partner Workout

P1 and P2 run a 400. Must leave and enter together

10 rope climbs (scale ground-climb to feet-to ground)

  • must alternate

20 synchronized pull ups (scale ring rows or bands)

  • Must do together.
  • If one stops, other must stop

30 low-five burpees

  • must be synchronous
  • partners face each other and high five when they are on the ground

40 high five air squats

  • partners face each other and must squat down together
  • when full extended up, they must high five
  • must be synchronous
