Getting Started
Foundations:
The Foundation classes are critical for anyone who wants to participate in CrossFit classes. In these classes, you will learn how to properly execute the gymnastics and weightlifting movements that will be used in the CrossFit workouts.
Foundations are a series of 5 one hour classes where you will receive structured, one-on-one coaching on the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit as well as additional movements that you will see in the workouts of the day (WODs).

Membership Options:
With your membership fees, you are not paying for “access” to KW Fitness. With your fees, you are paying for training.
Unlimited Membership: Unlimited classes and access to open gym time.
Limited Membership: 2 classes per week
Discounted Memberships: Discounted rates for active military, law enforcement, firefighters, teachers and students with valid identification.
We offer 12-month and 6-month pre-paid plans for each of our memberships listed above. The 12-month plans include 1 month free and the 6-month plans include 1/2 month free. Please click here to view the different plans.
BRING A FRIEND DISCOUNT: For each friend that you bring, who completes foundations, you will receive $10 off the next month’s membership fees.
