We understand that sometimes life gets busy. Travel, work, family commitments, or simply needing a short break can make it difficult to maintain your normal training schedule.

Should this be the case, you have the option to place your membership on hold for the month rather than canceling.

Membership Hold Policy

  1. 14-day notice is required before the requested hold date
  2. A $15 Accountability Fee will be charged for the month on hold
  3. Your normal membership billing will be paused during the approval hold period
  4. Your membership will automatically resume at the end of your requested hold

Why an Accountability Fee?
The goal of a membership hold is to give you the flexibility you need without completely disconnecting from your fitness routine.
The $15 Accountability Fee helps keep your membership on file giving you an easy path back into the gym.

Thinking About Cancelling Instead?
You absolutely have that option. We just want you to know the difference before making your decision.
If you cancel your membership and decide to return later, there will be a $30 Reinstatement Fee to restart your membership.
