KW will have yoga classes!

KW CrossFit will start offering yoga classes on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. Melanie Smith, a KW member and trained yoga instructor, will lead the classes. The time will be 11 am on the 2nd sunday of the month and 4 pm on the 4th Sunday of the month. These classes are free to members and $15 for anyone else who would like to join us! If you don’t have a mat, we can provide one for you.
