Membership Options
We have several different membership options including one that is right for you & your family. Please contact us for all the details and to setup a time to talk about your goals & what we can do to help you!
Prior to signing up for CrossFit classes, Foundations classes or CrossFit competency must be completed.
Our most common membership types are:
- Foundations
- Individual or Group accommodations available
- Includes an InBody Scan
- Unlimited access to Conditioning classes while undergoing
- Sessions must be completed within three weeks of first session
- Unlimited Monthly Plan
- Unlimited access to all classes and open gym hours
- Program access
- Foundations/CrossFit competency required for CrossFit classes
- Limited Monthly Plan
- 8 total classes or open gym hours (2 times a week)
- Program access
- Foundations/CrossFit competency required for CrossFit classes
- Additional fee to sign up for extra classes/Open Gym hours
- Conditioning Only Monthly Plan
- Unlimited access to condition classes
- Conditioning program access
- Foundations not required
- Open Gym Only Monthly Plan
- Access to all open gym hours
- Access to all Programming
- Does not include access to classes or during class times
- Programming only
- Access to Programming only
- Can be used remotely at home
- CrossFit Competency
- If you do not need the full Foundations course, you must show competency with your ability to perform CrossFit movements efficiently and safely
- If you are unable to do so, you must go through foundations
