Membership Options

We have several different membership options including one that is right for you & your family.  Please contact us for all the details and to setup a time to talk about your goals & what we can do to help you!

Prior to signing up for CrossFit classes, Foundations classes or CrossFit competency must be completed. 

Our most common membership types are:

  1. Foundations
    • Individual or Group accommodations available
    • Includes an InBody Scan
    • Unlimited access to Conditioning classes while undergoing
    • Sessions must be completed within three weeks of first session
  2. Unlimited Monthly Plan
    • Unlimited access to all classes and open gym hours
    • Program access
    • Foundations/CrossFit competency required for CrossFit classes
  3. Limited Monthly Plan
    • 8 total classes or open gym hours (2 times a week)
    • Program access
    • Foundations/CrossFit competency required for CrossFit classes
    • Additional fee to sign up for extra classes/Open Gym hours
  4. Conditioning Only Monthly Plan
    • Unlimited access to condition classes
    • Conditioning program access
    • Foundations not required
  5. Open Gym Only Monthly Plan
    • Access to all open gym hours
    • Access to all Programming
    • Does not include access to classes or during class times
  6. Programming only
    • Access to Programming only
    • Can be used remotely at home
  7. CrossFit Competency
    • If you do not need the full Foundations course, you must show competency with your ability to perform CrossFit movements efficiently and safely
    • If you are unable to do so, you must go through foundations
