CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at relative intensity. But the best part about CrossFit is the community!
Conditioning workouts are all the fun of CrossFit, but without the barbell work. The best part is still the CrossFit is the community!
CrossFit Kids is open for kids 5-14 years of age who are interested in working out. No experience is required and workouts can be scaled to all levels. Tuesday/Wednesday classes are run concurrently with adult classes so mom or dad can work out.
Personal training is available on a one-on-one basis. Please contact us to learn more about it. This training can be done in accordance with your schedule and not related to classes.

Nutrition is the pillar of optimal health and performance. Coach Amanda is a certified nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science. This isn’t a “one-size fits all approach.” We’ll make changes to what you are currently doing to making this a long-lasting lifestyle change⦠not just a quick fix. You’ll receive access to a specialized app where communication and weekly check-ins are performed with feedback and recommendations to keep things moving in the right direction.
Masters classes are for our members over 55. Designed for longevity, our Masters athletes move safely through programming to keep them doing what they love, for longer.
