
CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relative intensity. We offer many different fitness classes to help you meet your goals, whether it’s lifting heavier, getting your kids active, dialing in your nutrition, or just having a good time working out!
Class memberships do require Foundations or verification of CrossFit experience.

Conditioning
Our conditioning classes do not use barbells. These classes are recommended for those wanting to try us out. They include body weight, gymnastics, endurance, as well as weighted & various objects.

Nutrition
Nutrition starts with what we eat. Our workouts are fueled by our food in which have a direction relationship to our performance and body composition. Coach Amanda is a certified nutritionist and works 1:1 with anyone wanting to make positive changes!

Personal Training
Personal Training is available on a 1:1, small group, & semi-private basis. If you have more specific goals – this is a great option as help you achieve your goals are our number one priority. This training is at your convenience and works with your schedule. Please contact us to learn more.

CrossFit Kids
CrossFit kids is open for kids 5-14 years of age who are interested in being active. No experience is required, and workouts can be scaled to all levels. Tuesday/Wednesday classes are run concurrently with adult classes so mom or dad can work out too.
